How to play

1. 1. Prepare for your adventure

   Use the purchased game link or QR code to open the game website on your phone. No need to install an app, or register a login! - You can open it on multiple phones in your group so that you can all play along.

2. 2. Make your way to any waypoint

   Once the game is opened, your approximate location should appear as a blue dot on the map. The dot may move around (even if you are not) as the phone settles on your location. The waypoints appear as pulsating red areas. Make your way to any waypoint to begin. The game will automatically detect when you're there.

   

   Zoom in and out of the map using your fingers. Look around the map by dragging with your finger.

   You can re-centre yourself in the map by pressing the arrow in the top right of the map.

   Press the cone shaped button in the top-right of the map to display the direction that you are facing. This can be really useful when honing in on a waypoint! Note that this might not work on some older phones.

3. 3. Visit the remaining waypoints in any order

   Decide where you want to go next, and use the public paths shown on the map to figure out how to get there. When you think you're near, open the map again to hone in on the waypoint. The game will automatically detect when you're there.

   Visiting the waypoints unlocks the next part of the quest, and collects the items needed to complete the game.

   There may be more waypoints in the area than required to complete the quest. Visit whichever you like, in any order, at a time that suits you. You can even play over multiple days. - The game automatically saves your progress on your phone.
